I was inspired by India\u2019s centuries old art of hand painting on jewelry called Meenakari. Each of my hand painted creations is one of a kind, unique and vibrant. The high quality colors I use are non-toxic and permanent. My journey in fabric, fashion and design started some 45 years back while sewing clothes for self, friends and family. The fine silks, cottons and rayons I use are exquisitely block printed, screen printed, hand tied-dyed or machine printed with traditional designs and motifs. I have transferred my talent, knowledge and inspiration into creating works of wearable art.
