Grandma’s Traditional Fruitcakes
Light and Dark Fruitcakes with or without alcohol.
We are celebrating 35 years of baking in 2024! We started with 200 fruitcakes
in 1989. The 2 recipes that I follow are both 5 generational recipes Our fruitcakes are made with the finest ingredients, including butter, and eggs. We bake a decadent light fruitcake which is flavored with pure vanilla and artifical almond flavoring. Our alcohol infused light fruitcakes are infused with Grand Marnier or Disaronno. Our dark fruitcake is rich in flavour with spices, dark brown sugar and molasses The dark fruitcakes are infused with Rum or Port. You can purchase with alcohol or without. Our alcohol infused fruitcakes are infused then hand wrapped. We have been in Chatelaine Magazine. They have also been served on Air Canada flights during the Christmas season in the past.
